This transcript document is so simple!

It is broken up by subject, not grade level. It is also editable so can be tweaked to fit each individual student.

For the one that has all the Challenge courses mapped out, it is color coded. If you use that one, be sure to change all the font to black before you submit it anywhere and of course make sure you completely update it to fit your child. I also just gave 1 credit of math per year. CC says they may get 1.5 credits of math for two of their four years; see CC Scope and Sequence document. You can raise the number of math credits according to CC if that is what you are following.

There are two examples of a transcript that are not all Challenge Courses: One is all homeschool courses, just not all challenge. The other is some challenge but mostly public/private school. This is a good example for those who begin homeschooling after their student has already started high school.
